The fellow, in fact, said the entire Board will be invited. Here is a quote: "The entire SI thread is invited as soon as it is my porch. I'll go down to Italy in Mid-January, sign and own the place maybe 8 weeks later, hopefully. Unless we're planning on a fireplace-party we might want to wait until May/June.".

Further, the fellow gave me this ... which I am looking into
