Dale, I think it will actually effect my efficiency, thus my bottom line. Do you think there is any way for us to band together and contact GNET? I believe if GNET handled Craig with a little more respect, he would work with them. GNET needs to realize their customers need this. If they won't provide a tool that allows all messages to be read with one click, than they shouldn't deny us getting it from somewhere else. Fred
