So I have a "who gives a shit"

This is a great asset! I realives the pressure and lets you
concentrate. The next asset is the your age. I don't have your age but I am eqully in who cares category. Therefore,
I can wait. I had a same sitaution with BA. I attended a few share holders meeting, and got to see the managment in the face. They looked to fat and too lax. I sold after thirty
years of BA and two years ago invested all in AOL. My wife
and sons thought I was mad. I proved them wrong! Sometimes
it works, sometimes it don't! By the way, as for taxes, I live in Italy and do all my trading in US equities in Switzeralnd. We not subject to capital gain nor income tax
on such assets due to Swiss Privacy Act. So, when I trade
in and out with 2 dollars margin, 30 cents goes to the broker and $ 1.70 is net. When you guys have to sell with a
loss in Dec. is something I understand but we can't unload the loss on taxes we don't pay.
