WCAP owns 261,846 shares of JWEB. See post #1120 for more holdings info. Prio will convert to 13,209 shares of INSP in Q1 (pre-INSP split on 1/4/00). After huge runs in CMGI, ICGE, and LDP, it would appear WCAP is being discovered.
Congrats all longs,
TJ

Mike, As you can see I am reading up on WCAP.

here is the WSCITY.com quick report on WCAP

WCAP is a non-diversified company that elects to be
regulated as a business development unit, a type of closed
end investment company. Using SBA funds, WCAP lends to and
makes investments in small businesses. For the 6 months
ended 9/99, revenues fell 13% to $370K. Net loss totalled
$2.6M vs. income of $7.4M. Revenues reflect lower earnings
on invested idle funds. Loss reflects a drop in the market
price of three publicly traded securities in the portfolio.
