In order to level the playing field ..you first need to remove the referres from the payroll of the Biggest players.... The NASD is the world biggest and richest Boys ~Club Of pseudo Govt ....rich boys from the east coast....But they all still have one foot firmly planted in the heart of Wall Streets Biggest Firms....How can any agency regulate itself??? We know that he Carnegies and Rockefellers of the world are behind this whole Idea... Hey Guys,, Lets tell Congress we will regulate ourselves ,, and we will protect inmvestors...that way, we can ensure we always make monety on our terms.. Hell at least the FDA ,,,,,,talkled about regulating Tobacco....imagine if we let The Toobaccao Companies and Drug Companies regulate themselves.............or have a finacila interest in every new drug and every new product...... Im sorry,, But I find the whole thing incredibly distasteful...
