Walter: Mike King hired Bob Toth when he was at Vector. Right away, he came into his own, IMO. I've been impressed. One nice thing about NPSP.... there have been very irrational sellers, and the stock is thinly traded. I retained my entire "going to hold" position last week while trading it twice. My basis is now at about $2/share. If you watch the trading closely, it's like having a "go" flag waived at a Nascar race. I agree that it's underappreciated. I just think that it may have a bit of temporary summoning sickness ass'd with the merger. That's why I didn't mention it in response to BJ's post in son of T/FIF. Cheers! Rick
