Thanks for the link, that is a very interesting site. Obviously they believe they owe no royalties to QCOM for CDMA technology.I know we have been through that debate many a time.

I assume they are a private firm, I can no information otherwise.

As i was reading thru their website i was saying to myself

IDC. everytime smoke comes blowing across this thread IDC's
name is usually behind it. the great dr schilling who invented wcdma and has numerous patents and wrote the book on cdma is no longer even the ceo of the shady company he founded and is only a consultant to this gbt.
can't put my finger on it but can someone help me out here and bury this bulls--t.
