This showed Kingston's assessment of the different platforms currently available and, according to the executives at the company, clearly shows that Rambus offers better performance than double data rate (DDR) memory. According to the executives, it is "inevitable" that Rambus becomes the predominant architecture for the PC market. The chart below underlines Kingston's view.
