Mulla's been digging and my take on the current situation...If a certain entity had shorted a lot of shares that he does not have and believed the stock was not going no where they had no worries due to that fact....Now things have changed and knows they have to cover because the company is moving well forward... The enity since being way short, also knows that the mm's are naked shorting the stock...Would it not to be in entity best interest to accumulate shares to cover his position because they have too..and since there is such a large amount of shares that has to be covered or replaced there will be no gain on entity's part only a huge loss...I would think the enitity in turn would try to gain a majority of shares at a low cost and since knowing mm's are naked shorting with every share they are purchasing from them....They will try to accumulate as much as possible over their short...Then there will be a time or a way when the entity can make the MM"s cover if they gain a majority which will drive the price higher and entity could make up for their losses with a large holding of shares over and beyond of what they had to cover with...Then with the price so high they could dilute their holdings and gain profit from the shares that were collected over and beyond their short...that would leave the investors with new management and not knowing which direction company may go....since the enity would be the majority holder they could pretty do what ever they want with stock and company's direction...seems to me investors would like to stop the naked shorting of mm's, stop this enity from gaining control,which in turn with the cert calling whould now put the heat on the mm's and this enity to cover,which would raise prices with the shares in certs and entity would not be able to collect shares and gain 10% of stock before mm's would have to cover..price could go high and investors would be replacing mm's naked shorts by selling at higher prices...seem to me its a win win for stock price but if this enity gains control we have new management...I for one say screw that...My thoughts...:)mulla711
