Richard this seems ot be pretty well nation wide. Where all assumed NewY ears would bring on huge crowds it isn't turning out that way. Concerts have been cancelled due to lack of ticket sales. The fee for a small band that would of been any other night of the year for 1k went up to 15k
Clubs were faced with problems you can't over charge your customers you cant afford to have New Years party.

Seattle is having exactly the same problems as Utah and Denver. Seattle is usually jammed at this time of year, not this year. Vegas and prohibitive room rates for New Years just might drop in price also.
