Good morning Gary,

I've seen these institution/retail breakdowns before, but I've always wondered how they should be interpreted for OTCBB (or even NASDAQ SC) stocks under $3, or even under $5.

I mean, the institutions were talking about aren't exactly "Fidelity Growth & Income Fund". So who are they, and what's their history of portfolio turnover ?
