Pallisard: With Mr. Bill one needs to have the ability to separate the wheat from the chaff. Although it's clear, from my observation of him, that he thinks of himself as part of the wheat, the reality is, he's chaff.

As such it's best to merely let him waft away into the breeze. He's of that much consequence.
