"Sixty Percent of British families plan to give their kids mobile phones for Christmas."

Could that be one reason why the company ARM (ARMHY)does so well? Of course, NOKIA will benefit from this demand as well.

Merry Christmas,

Mephisto

[Woolworth's mobile Christmas survey also reveals that more than 60 percent of parents who will be giving kids and teen-agers a wireless phone this festive season responded that they think mobiles are important for safety reasons, while 61 percent say they would simply enable people to keep tabs on their children's whereabouts.]

re: "Kids?"

My local TV news has a short story last night that slammed Nokia for making phones that appeal to the young, real young, said their skulls were not thick enough and that cell phones were potentially dangerous.
