Agree with you, AOL has beaten the competition hands down, and will continue to do so. It just so happens that it will do it in the near future through different ways of delivering and receiving information.

No great high tech growth stock is immune from controversy. I also own QCOM, and while it has given me tremendous paper profits thus far, if you go to the QCOM thread, if you will note that there is some people who are thinking about bailing out, and that's with no bad news at all.

There are many on this thread who abandoned ship in the summer of this year, when AOL was at the low 80's (pre-split). Needless to say, the missed the gains when we went up. Like many others, I saw that as a buying opportunity, and load it up.

We will see AOL much higher come Q1 earnings 2000.
