Hey Harmond, there's nothing in here about Nvls taking market share from Amat. I think that your bull shit is just another of your inventions.
<<Novellus Systems said late Friday it will top analysts' estimates for the fourth quarter and added that it expects revenue in the first half of 2000 to exceed $500 million. The computer chip equipment maker also set a 3-for-1 stock split. Chief Financial Officer Robert Smith said a "significant increase in bookings" contributed to the improved forecast. The company had been expected to earn 65 cents a share, based on a survey of analysts by First Call. After-tax margins in the first half of 2000 are expected to exceed the company's goal of 15 percent, Smith said in a statement. The stock split will be payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 30. The company's last split was in September 1997. Shares of Novellus (NVLS: news, msgs) rose 8 31/64 to 85 11/64 Friday ahead of the news.>>
