announced the official launch of the Company's newest comprehensive Internet
incubator subsidiary 3wVentures.com, Inc. Mr. Krause also confirmed that the
Company would immediately combine the operations of 3wVentures.com with its
existing SaraOnline.com incubator unit in creating a new subsidiary that will
operate under the name 3wVentures.com, Inc.
3wVentures.com will also manage the operations of the Company's newly
announced SiliconLosAngeles.com high technology incubator facility in Marina
del Rey, Ca. SiliconLosAngeles.com, scheduled to open February 2000, is the
first of five planned global incubator units that will operate as
comprehensive, fully integrated e-commerce aggregators in identifying,
creating and operating Internet opportunities. SiliconLA.com will supply
emerging growth Internet-based companies and projects with a full range of
resources to infuse these companies with the development strategies and
financial support needed to rapidly introduce innovative products and
services.
3wVentures.com capitalized with an initial $30 Million in assets is
currently raising a $21 million second round financing and is planning for its
IPO in the second quarter of 2000. 3wVentures.com will continue to operate as
the venture capital and developmental link to Web Capital Group operations in
the exploding Internet and e-commerce Incubation arenas.
