Manhattan shares looking a bit stronger over the past few sessions. Perhaps they have encountered encouraging results from a step-out at the oxide zone.

I think I answered that a few posts back.

Mining projects with community problems can be dragged out a long time. Look at Metallica. Many companies looked at Cerro San Pedro, and decided not to touch it because of the hill. I sold Metallica for this reason.
