Nice tip on MCF. This BCB is dead. It looks like Jones Gable is the broker that took up all the unsubscribed shares in that last rights issue and now they're just dumping them whenever they get the chance. A lot of shares to dump before this stock can even think about moving up (assuming there was anything to move it up in the first place).
