Michael,

Cisco and Nortel bought Optical gear, specifically long haul DWDM equipment vendors.
I don't undersatnd why you'd think this would help fuel NN's valuation. In fact, if TM holds out much longer, they better put up some numbers this qtr. Otherwise, we may very well see the mid-teens.
