I'm still researching to what extent Leitch may be involved with internet tv... My understanding for the time being is that Letich sells to the main tv broadcasting stations only. Hopefully, the new CEO and marketing guys will come up with innovative ideas on how to go about tapping the huge Internet market. In any case, LTV will be involved in this whole conversion from analog to digital. TV stations will eventually have to upgrade their equipment to transmitt in digital format. Only then, will set-top boxes come in play. The $2 move this week in the stock is a positive sign. Could it be the institutional money managers are slowly buying in?
