One of my favorite expressions about different sized companies competing with each other: When the chickens start dancing with the elephants, you'd better find out which one you are very fast." Quite a horse race in processor speed. I like Intel's advantages with on die L2 cache and Rambus as a wild card you can play (given money). Tony

I predict that only Dell will have 800s into the end of January. 3. Intel is not pissed off, they are Scramblin' to keep up. No way had they planned on pushing Floppers this fast out the door at this time. There clearly understand that Mhz-Sells (TM-Mcmannis)... They have been making a killing off it for many years, why do you think they paniced when they lost the Mhz lead? Jim
