Captain Jack, the first step in investing is deciding if theÿ
CEO or COO are up to the job. After that trying to 2nd guess
ÿhim is a losing propostion if you ae dealing with a strong
ÿleader.

We have all known for years that NN had a " leadership problem ",ÿ
not " a people or technology problem " as Pearse so aptly put it.

Pearse has picked on that immediately and spelled it out.

You know he knows what he is doing.

Previously " seasoned professionals " ( Lutz ) were pickedÿ
for NN. That got us no where.

T.Matthews to his credit I think now has picked the right guy:
He executed on NN products around the world.ÿ
He will do the same in N.America.
I doubt that selling to Carriers will need all that sales force.ÿ
You need a few guys who know the product well and a strongÿÿ
product that will sell itself.
NN has always been No 1 in ATMs and the recent increase by LU
was only because NN did not address NSPs.ÿ
That has changed.

Think ORCL at 20 and then ORCL at 95,
