Thanks a lot for the posting on insider selling Enots. I've got some soon-to-be-expiring NSOs myself in another company whereby I'm facing the exact same situation - I'd like to diversify the concentration and would be hard-pressed to exercise without selling some because of the poor tax treatment they garner. It's reassuring to see these guys doing the same thing in the same situation. Wonder if Dorfman will post a correction on his numbers?
