Dr. J just answered a question about message board rumours of Q and T meeting. He said, "As of this instant, there is no indication of a change of course for T".

Did anyone else understand that to mean that the handset division would be sold to a company which is not presently a CDMA user?

I heard this part of meeting and think IJ was saying the following: They have licensed 40 or so companies to use CDMA to make phones, etc. Most of these companies (with a few well-known exceptions)use Q's ASICS and software. So Q more and more has been competing against itself in the phone business. Therefore, even though they originally planned on being in the handset business for one to two more years, they came to the conclusion they needed to sell the division now.
