I think you've touched on something important here, the desire or need to punish people who disagree, to make them "take their lumps", as the following post makes clear: Message 12208290 The thing that bugs me, finally, is not only the hypocrisy, in pretending that flaming was new, but the lack of willingness to take one's lumps. It is one thing to object to character assassination or mere shittiness, but I feel like certain folks can't stand being held accountable......... Just my opinion of course. JLA
