Very likely a new round of tax selling, but according to Thompson I-Watch, very little institutional involvement. I'm still accumulating on the dips and expect to do so for the next few weeks. Good luck.

No it's not scary. This is tax loss selling time. I expected this downward pressure this week and next. There was an analyst on CNBC this morning who gave a great vote of confidence to TYCOs CEO and emphatically said there was no problem with this company or its accounting practices. Let's hope so and a happy 2000.
