Yes, they do. The other cute thing is to observe the different ways he tries to find out what I bought for everyone else in the family. He knows better than to ask what I got for him but he is just dying to be "in the know" about the others' presents.

Armed with this important knowledge, he will doubtless tell mom and dad, grandma and grandpa, or whoever, that he knows what I got them for Christmas. Of course, he won't be able to keep the secret and will have to tell daddy what mommy's present is, and so forth. His stage whisper can be heard by the neighbors down the street, so everyone will just have to pretend to be surprised when they open their gifts.

X, My 3 year old grandson came home from nursery school and proudly announced that he was good today. He said that he didn't poke any kids eyes out with a stick today. That's always nice to hear.
