sorry just had to comment "Hate" would be an understatement- my fiancee can not figure out why there are handprints all over the montior everyday he comes home :) finally filled out paperwork for cyber - can not take it anymore - they are absolutely unacceptable for trading!!

TWE- <LOL> I'm almost there... maybe this Jan. I think they're just too cheap to invest in more servers. I thought it will change after the IPO... I guessed wrong. TD still have a stranglehold on the purse and won't loosen it. I'll be out of there soon enough... SF

aliveinsf: I've got Outhouse (er, Waterhouse) and am also at the end of the proverbial rope with their slow, sporadic executions. Can you or anyone else recommend a broker that has rapid, reliable automated phone executions as well as reliable online trading. Since I often make trades during the day while at work (where I do not have access to online trading), the automated phone trading is equally important to me. Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.
