HI Francis. Glad you are in recovery mode and back to posting. Maybe Joe is away for the holiday so I will post this from RB, Is this the one that caught your attention?
Hi Zero:
This is info that I have gleaned from a broker that deals with Audre. A reorg plan was
submitted on December 1, 1999 and THIS WAS ACCEPTED BY THE COURTS. A
copy of this will be mailed to all shareholders and CREDITORS. This is a very very
positive step for AUDRE. From all indications, the creditors (the important ones) have
pretty much fallen in line and have given a GO to the plan. The only one that remains is
Audre's ex-attorneys who are resisting the plan. Broker told me that its some issue
about legal fees. Anyhow, here are some more important stuffs:
1. Ex-wife has agreed on settlement which is miminal. SIGNED IN INK.

2. From December 1, 1999 creditors will be given about 30 days or so to approve.
Upon approval, AUDRE IS GONNA KICK BUTT!!!!

THE BEST IS YET TO COME. PATIENCE WILL BE REWARDED. I HOPE IT
DOES!!!!!

OFF FOR NOW

Francis, this one??
Hi Terry:
By all means, pls make copy and post it on SI. The volume we are seeing as I see it could be due:

1. Individuals slowly taking a position or averaging down.
2. Institutions who put in a low bid out there to scare some of the shareholders into selling.

Whatever the case, I believe we will see this stock slowly move up to the level at which the creditors are converting to stock. If it makes this move to this level, this is a pretty good signal that Audre is emerging out of bankruptcy soon.

Audre was worth at one point I believe $100-125 million dollars with debt and no real revenues. Audre at this moment in time will have no debt to speak of and proven revenues. Makes sense to me that this would make this stock easily trade up to $1-$1.25 level. Will probably be more (I hope it does) if you factor the emotion and hoopla that will ensue if and when Audre gets out of bankruptcy.
