I think the safe money is in short positions and cash over the next four weeks. I am still considering increasing my GUMM short position within the next week. Be sure and pay cash for the Christmas presents. They say that when the U.S. sneezes the rest of the world catches cold...Everyone will need their Zicam...

Dear Hank: You might be right but you might also be wrong. MONEY exists all over the world. MONEY must be employed to earn a return preferably safely. IF people throughout the world were to judge the AMERICAN market to be safe and the rest of the world to be dangerous wouldnt you think they would send their money to America to invest thus INCREASING the volume and desire for American securities? Just a thought, I really dont know myself, but I do know the big money knows NO NATIONAL BOUNDARIES. JDN
