Frank,

With all due respect, until the holidays are over and Jill and I get the options thread started I'm viewing this thread as an appropriate venue for options discussion on QCOM.

"Hey...do you know when the vote for the split is...ah, er...I know it's soon...something about 8:1..."

paraphrased from mother-in-law

"...my broker told me to buy some today...he said he bought in when it was $3/share..."

Ya' right...
Ya' that's the ticket! I sure hope to hell these people understand the impact of fear. It is much more powerful than greed.

Frank....OT...Hummingbirds.........some years back ..I was in a friends pottery studio here in the mts. north of SF....a small bat was disturbed from its place in the rafters of the old chicken coop that my friend has converted for his art....as it fluttered about ..I scooted to the door and opened it so our flying friend could exit....just at that moment...a brightly colored hummingbird ,which was feeding outside the studio saw the bat emerge and gave chase.....the pair made a few turns around the parking lot in full view of myself.........was as if watching a biplane being chased by a jet.......was both Awe Struck and Delighted to see this encounter.....No wonder the Aztecs named a Warrior Division after these bold and beautiful creatures....
