For the past 6 years Rebeil and Magliaditi have been scaming the Feds, IRS, State and innocent investors in there building business and stock scams. IRS couldn't get them, State couldn't get them, Bar reprimand meant nothing to Magliarditi - he kept on doing the same thing. I wonder if SEC will do anything or is it the same old same old now. Maybe there is really a better way. Has me thinking-seems like there way of doing business is much more lucrative when there are no real consequences.

Hey floydie, you've got more lawsuits hanging over you than TMRT. What gives?? This latest one sounds like BAD news for the Truthseeker. Maybe Anthony can swindle his clientele enough to spring for the cool four MILLION!!

The Investor Relations Group Files Libel Suit Against TheTruthseeker.com in Supreme Court
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1999--Today, The Investor Relations Group, Inc., a corporation founded by Dian Griesel in August of 1992, and duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court, State of New York, County of New York against TheTruthseeker.com alleging that the December 15, 1999 issue of The Truthseeker Report contained various libelous statements against The Investor Relations Group, Inc. including but not limited to claiming that: (i) Robert Genovese was The Investor Relations Group, Inc.'s founder; (ii) its representation of Diversinet Corp. (NASDAQ Small Cap: DVNT - news) was based on vague meaningless statements; (iii) Robert Genovese was a principal of The Investor Relations Group, Inc.; (iv) Robert Genovese worked for The Investor Relations Group, Inc.; (v) The Investor Relations Group, Inc. answered its phone ''HRH''; and (vi) The Investor Relations Group, Inc. had a Canadian office.

None of such statements are true, according to all corporate records of The Investor Relations Group, Inc. TheTruthseeker.com has failed to return a telephone call placed specifically to request a retraction of such statements. The Investor Relations Group, Inc. intends to vigorously prosecute this lawsuit which is seeking two million dollars actual damages and two million dollars of punitive damages from TheTruthseeker.com.

Regarding the libel suit, The Investor Relations Group, Inc. CEO and President, Dian Griesel stated, ''As the world wide web grows, investors are consulting financially-related Internet sites for information. These sites have a responsibility as great as any other genre of press to disseminate truthful, accurate, fact-checked information. Yet, there is no truth, accuracy nor facts in any of the statements made about my company by Floyd Schneider, Author of TheTruthseeker.com.''

Ma. Panacoast represented to the Court that since this motion was filed, another SEC fraud has been alledged against the plaintiff. Mr. Wuester argued that, the based on case in point, the motion was not filed with
particularity. COURT ORDERED, Motion to Amend, GRANTED, and noted it would revisit the issue of particularity when appropriate. Ms. Panacost to prepare the order.
