Am I correct in thinking that such a stock dividend would be very bad news for holders of call options? Say I bought January 460's and they issued a stock dividend - the price goes DOWN? Ouch!! I would very much appreciate any guidance anyone has to offer on this point, as I am considering just such a move.

Also, may I ask when is the Annual Meeting?

TIA,
Jeff Smith
