(NASDAQ Small Cap: DVNT - news) was based on vague meaningless statements; (iii) Robert Genovese was a principal of The Investor Relations Group, Inc.; (iv) Robert Genovese worked for The Investor Relations Group, Inc.; (v) The Investor Relations Group, Inc. answered its phone ''HRH''; and (vi) The Investor Relations Group, Inc. had a Canadian office. None of such statements are true, according to all corporate records of The Investor Relations Group, Inc. TheTruthseeker.com has failed to return a telephone call placed specifically to request a retraction of such statements. The Investor Relations Group, Inc. intends to vigorously prosecute this lawsuit which is seeking two million dollars actual damages and two million dollars of punitive damages from TheTruthseeker.com. Regarding the libel suit, The Investor Relations Group, Inc.
