Alice,

Why is it that when JWEB offers free internet service, the stock shoots up 12 plus, but when IDTC announced Zerodinero last week(free internet service), nothing happens?

With ZeroDinero.com Free Internet, Free Phone, Free Fax !
NEWARK, NJ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 1999--IDT Corp. (NASDAQ: IDTC) ignited the fuse of a communication revolution today with the announcement of ZeroDinero.com to provide FREE Internet service to all subscribers and FREE IP long distance and fax services to customers nationwide.

"As we head into the new Millennium, IDT's mission is to offer a suite of free communications services to everybody with a computer," explained Howard Jonas, Chairman and CEO of IDT Corporation. "We've created ZeroDinero.com to lead the way in this totally free communications revolution."

In addition to free Internet, domestic long distance and fax services, ZeroDinero.com plans to give subscribers the opportunity to earn credits toward free international long distance telephone calls simply by clicking on advertisements. The free international long distance over the Internet will be available in early year 2000.

"It's the best deal around and it's utterly simple," Jonas continued. "Sign up for our free Internet service and you pay zero, zip, nada, nothing, zilch! And 'free' gets even better when you consider we're including totally free Internet telephone calls and fax capabilities in the package!"

Customers can call 1(800) 4-DINERO or go to www.zerodinero.com to pre-register for the service, and get more information about ZeroDinero.com's Free Internet service. Subscribers will be e-mailed when service is available in their area. ZeroDinero.com will begin rolling out in January 2000.

"The battle plan calls for a strategic launch in several major markets," said Jim Courter, IDT President. "And then we will continually expand the campaign nationwide."

ZeroDinero.com will be advertiser supported using new and exclusive technology. This technology makes it possible for ZeroDinero.com to provide precision targeted advertising and content delivery based on the user's demographics and content affinities. This means the user gets to see only advertising and content that will be of interest to them.
