Mutual fund up 300% this year. smartmoney.com It keeps going up because it keeps going up. Why buy stocks which have positive earnings. There's always the chance that they will disappoint. It's much safer to buy stocks which are guaranteed not to make any money. That way nobody will be disappointed. This can't sustain itself forever. I think over the past year a large number of mutual funds started thinking alike and poured their $$$ into internet stocks. The first major correction in internet stocks may bring havoc.
