I use My Track - Platinum. It charts BBs real time, does alerts, Level II... Nearly no complaints though it does bog down occasionally.

Kevin- i trade with executioner they have charts and
rt3 and alerts on otc but your account balances always screwed up. Also Mytrac is 50$ per moth for streaming quotes
It includes alerts and Charts not fancy charts but they have them (no candles though)
