A quick calculation, CMGI's market cap is about 9% of Intel's market cap. If Intel's holdings are truly larger than CMGI's...

anything's possible....but I would ask for aggressive marketing of intel's investment strategy and capability before I would look for a spin-off.

Call or write to Les Vadasz...he's a reasonable guy (and Intel employee #3)
