monty thanks for the very good detailed instructions... you may end up being sorry you brought this up... so many questions will be directed your way... i can encrypt and and then decrypt the messages that i encrypted, but i cannot decrypt anyone else's even when i know their password and count number... such as your example "test" and "11" sounds like a few others on the thread are also experiencing this... any suggestions? thank you... kathy :)
