SETO is ALWAYS a buy under 40 cents! :^) If you can get it at that price. Good luck! I hope we can get some at that price. You really need to check out QTEK. It's another good one like SETO. But it is still young as far as a public company is concerned. It's growing fast! Thanks! KZAP
