I hope you are right. I tend to be a momo/swing trader and have never qualified for LT gains (don't feel sorry for me though <gg>) but I am going to hold Q this time for LT cap gains treatment..

I will trade around my other positions that I purchase using Q as collateral. Those will be ST gains, but that's OK, I like to use margin during bull runs and lighten up strategically throughout the year, spring tech sell off, etc..
