I was wrong you do need the winzip (or any unzipping) program. I have had winzip for years and used it without even thinking about it. If you need an unzipping program try winzip for free. winzip.com After downloading winzip and double clicking on the downloaded file winzip will take you through an install process. Once installed you can then double click on the cycode icon to install it. After you run the cycode program remember to start with clear windows on both sides. Use control + c to copy Tim's codded message then in the cycode program paste Tim's text into the left window (control + v). Then click on the bottom icon that reads "Decode". Then enter the password hot and you should be able to read the message. Tim's first message worked properly and his last message worked but the one in the middle was not properly codded. That all for me tonight.
