Monty, I'm a MAC user (have 3 of them). The encrytion software is for Windows platforms. I have a Windows emulator for the unusual circumstance when I need to run Windows software on a MAC, it's called SoftWindows. For some reason, trying to execute encrytion blows SoftWindows out of the water and locks up the computer (system errors). I'm going to try to get ahold of technical support today but I believe they are out of business or have sold out.

Anyway, is anybody out there a MAC user with the same problems? Is there a solution other than helping contribute to Best Buys' bottom line?

Thanks,
