Both Spectrum and Transpoint have many issues to work out (other than BlueGill), TransPoint no banks, Spectrum no billers. Pete always said "Defend" and "Extend", looks like BlueGill does both. That being said, looks like CheckFree has a lot in front of them, execution will be the focus. Benny (IMHO)
