Have you checked passwords in the control panel?

Also look at your indentiy in the mailprogram. there is a box to check for require password that may be checked.

Outlook Express Password stuff ...

Try this:

In Outlook Express, click Tools and select Accounts. Click Mail tab and highlight your mail account. Click Properties button and select Server tab. In the Incoming Mail area select Log On Using 'dot' and enter your username and password in the appropriate places.
