NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1999--Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq NMS: TRAC - news) announced
the hiring of Rafi Reguer as its new Marketing Director.

Mr. Reguer, formerly the First Vice President of e-Marketing for TD Waterhouse (NYSE symbol: TWE - news), joins Track
this week in the newly created position.

Mr. Reguer worked for discount broker TD Waterhouse for over five years. He was the first person at TD Waterhouse to
focus solely on the online business, working on both web site development and online brokerage promotion. As the head of
e-Marketing, he led the team that created the firm's first web site in 1996. Mr. Reguer was also involved in TD Waterhouse's
online partnerships, negotiating the firm's deals with AOL, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and others.

''The marketing experience Rafi brings will help Track Data enormously,'' said Barry Hertz, Track Chairman and CEO. ''He
knows the online brokerage industry well, having been there for the birth of TD Waterhouse's service. He has worked on print,
TV, direct mail, and online advertising. Rafi will help us continue myTrack's success.''

''The myTrack product is terrific,'' said Mr. Reguer. ''I look forward to creating some new, compelling advertising for
myTrack and reaching all the investors who would benefit from using it.''

Prior to TD Waterhouse, Mr. Reguer worked at the Fiduciary Communications Company, now a part of Thompson Financial.
He was Creative Director for the FCC advertising agency, and prior to that was Associate Publisher of Securities Industry
Daily (now known as Securities Industry News). Mr. Reguer is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

delivers a continuous dynamic stream of live market data and investors' online trading activity. The system is always connected

<January effect baggers?>

Usually I pack my bag, and go salt water fly fishing in Jan.:-)

But since my kid is going to New Zealand for a year, I may hold off, and go there later.
