Rob, I have always liked Randy and think he has done a great job leading the company through this new and untested field of biometrics. Changes come fast and furious in the technology field and I think he has had to re-invent the company numerous times - he wasn't afraid to change course when he saw he had made a mistake or the industry was going right when he was going left. I think he is stepping down at the right time and I think he's going to have a very profitable retirement. Way to go, Randy! Rick
