guess it depends on what the analysts factor the future potential of the deal. Will they see the "down the road" benefits, or will they look at it as us "missing numbers again?

What's anyone's take on the deal being inked at $78? Only 2.4MM shares, shouldn't be a drag, but the ask is below the bid right now.

Where was Cato Carpenter, and some of the others I was hoping to hear from?
