Maybe it was that there just wasn't much for him to discuss. Or perhaps he wants to get back into rock-n-roll<ggg>

I think the operator said that Hal Davis was in the room -- he just didn't participate.

I thought the call was very positive, and the press release itself was particularly outstanding. Very informative, and dropped the names of all the major players, and I agree w/ Benny about the not-so-subtle positive impact of having a BofA bigwig commenting on the deal.

I can't help but think over and over that the EBPP market is Pete's to lose -- IMHO, CF has done just an outstanding job at strategy, focus and execution...I don't particularly care about a 10-cent hit. It should be obvious to analysts the positive impact of vertically integrating this business, making it much less painful for big billers to come to market with electronically presented bills and statements...
