I second your motion, Speedo. I have the world's worst ISP, and third worst local phone company. When I click, and then watch the hourglass on my screen (no 3-minute egg timer here) for an interminable length of time, I know that I have a five-minute task in front of me of figuring out who I should gripe at. Of course, if it turns out that it is either SI or my ISP (note the common letters, that must stand for S-^@#$ Information), I know that I should go complain to a lamp post or a yield sign, where I will get better results. jim
